We need this information to show proof of our estimates being correct, low or whatever the facts may be. Through contacts with the Illinois Association of Tobacco/Candy Distributors, quotes from their members as to % of lost sales to certain border areas and corresponding gains in adjoining states. Any other related information that will show additional taxes will only exacerbate the current trends. We need this information by the middle of February, if possible. Thank you.
