To date, the DHHS has not raised objections to any of those ingredients. Philip Morris limits its cigarette ingredients to those disclosed to the DHHS for its brands sold in the United States and also for those brands when they are manufactured by itself, its subsidiaries and its licensees for sale around the world. All of Philip Morris' cigarettes comply with the regulatory requirements of the countries in which they are manufactured and sold. April 12, 1994 OCS
