"Matt" Matthaeus Leo Burnett Company, Inc. Prudential Plaza Chicago, Illinois Dear Matt: Back on the 17th of November, I wrote asking for a credit to be issued to us to cover charges on your Invoice #8-29-1188 dated 8/31/69 inasmuch as Use #3 of TEABERRY commercial code #1920/20 - Mission Impossible of 6/29/69 had not run. You advised in your reply that we probably did not have revision #2 of the Schedule which showed that use of that commercial did take place on that date. We have checked through with Wells, Rich and Greene, Inc., Agency Record for the show and find that commercial code #2648-TB-20 "Desert" was the commercial that actually ran on June 29th, 1969 Mission Impossible and we have a revision #6 on the Commercial Schedule which shows this to be so. In view of this, we are due the credit we asked for originally and ask again that you issue this to us. Please send this through as a credit TPM so that our records will show it to wipe out the earlier TPM with the incorrect charge on it. Then bill us correctly with a new TPM to show the use of the proper commercial. Sincerely, Anne S. Eichwald ASE
